01. Evaluation Period
LedgerFlow Pro provides a 14-day evaluation window for all Professional Tier subscriptions. If the terminal does not meet your organizational requirements for precision or multi-tenant isolation, you are eligible for a full capital reversal.
02. Eligibility Constraints
To maintain institutional integrity, refund requests are evaluated based on node usage. Accounts that have executed excessive high-volume data exports (exceeding 1,000 nodes) or multiple AI Compliance Audits during the evaluation window may be subject to prorated adjustments.
03. Reversal Sequence
To initialize a refund protocol, architects must submit a formal request via institutional contact channels. Please include your Terminal UID and the transaction identifier from your institutional checkout receipt.
04. Processing Latency
Once a reversal handshake is authorized, funds are typically transmitted back to the original settlement node within 5-10 business days. Note that your workstation will be immediately de-provisioned to the Starter Tier upon authorization.
Institutional Note: Subscription cancellations (stopping future charges) can be executed at any time via the "Manage Subscription" portal in the Billing Terminal without architect intervention.
